The party responsible for data processing on e-turnier.ch is the operator of the platform. The contact details can be found in clause 24 and in the imprint.

This privacy policy informs you which personal data is collected and processed when using e-turnier.ch, for what purpose, and what rights the data subjects have.

We process the data you provide to us during registration, when purchasing tickets, when placing orders or when using the platform. We also process technical data required to operate the website.

For registration, name and email address are collected. The information is used to manage the user account and to fulfil contracts.

During login, the data required for authentication is processed. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and not transmitted in plain text.

Additional information (e.g. name, contact details) can be stored in the user profile and is used to carry out ticket purchases and orders.

When registering for a tournament, the data required for participation (name, date of birth, contact details) is processed. This data is necessary to confirm participation and to run the tournament.

When purchasing tournament tickets, the order data (tournament, ticket type, price, participant details) is processed and assigned to the user account. Each ticket receives a unique ticket number.

When placing orders in the shop, the delivery address and the ordered products are processed. Orders are assigned to the user account and displayed under "My orders".

Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe. The data required for payment is processed there. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

e-turnier.ch does not store complete credit card or payment data. This is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy policy.

e-turnier.ch and play.e-turnier.ch belong to the same e-turnier ecosystem but are technically separate systems. When a tournament ticket is purchased, data necessary for running the tournament may be transmitted to play.e-turnier.ch.

This may include: name, email address, ticket and registration information, tournament assignment and, where applicable, profile and player data. This transmission serves exclusively to run the tournament on play.e-turnier.ch.

At check-in at an event, the participant data may be compared with the ticket presented. The processing serves to verify the entitlement to participate.

When accessing the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, access time) is processed. This data is used for technical operation, security and troubleshooting.

The website uses technically necessary storage functions (e.g. local storage in the browser) to manage the shopping cart and the user interface. No tracking cookies are set unless expressly communicated.

The website is hosted via technical providers. These process data on our behalf and within the scope of technical availability. Data processing is based on the hosting or data processing agreement.

The website contains links to external websites. By clicking on an external link, the user leaves e-turnier.ch. The conditions and privacy policy of the respective external provider apply to the subsequent data processing.

The website contains links to partners such as ICONELEVEN (iconelevenid.de). When clicking on such links, the privacy policy of the respective partner applies. e-turnier.ch has no influence on data processing on external partner sites.

Personal data is only retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose or as long as legal retention obligations exist. After the respective deadlines expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. This includes, among other things, encrypted data transmission and access controls.

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data. You also have the rights described in the following clauses.

You can request the rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data. To do so, contact the point of contact mentioned in clause 24.

You can request the deletion of your account and the associated data. However, deletion cannot take place insofar as legal retention obligations exist or the data is required to fulfil existing contracts.
